‘‘Tous nos vins sont vinifiés séparément, avec un soin particulier pour chaque parcelle, qui est suivie et élevée individuellement. L’élevage se fait dans des cuves inox, ce qui permet de préserver la pureté et l’expression du terroir. La fermentation malolactique est réalisée afin d’adoucir l’acidité du vin, apportant ainsi davantage de rondeur et d’équilibre à chaque cuvée”.

The ageing is done in stainless steel vats, which preserves the purity and expression of the terroir. Mâcon-Uchizy “Le Moulin de l’Oeuvre”
Les vins issus de la parcelle « Le Moulin de l’Œuvre » sont connus pour leur fraîcheur et leur légère touche acidulée, offrant une belle vivacité en bouche. Lors de la dégustation, la minéralité s’exprime d'abord au nez, suivie de subtils arômes d'amandes et de généreuses notes de citron confit. En bouche, l'attaque est droite et intense, marquée par des saveurs acidulées qui rappellent le citron, soutenues par des nuances d'amande et une touche de miel. La structure est à la fois ronde et bien équilibrée, avec une finale longue et persistante, qui prolonge le plaisir de chaque gorgée.
